Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:

The item is damaged upon delivery

Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.

Our team will review your request and coordinate pickup if approved

Refunds
If your return is approved, you may choose from the following options:

A full refund (paid in cash upon pickup)

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the return has been picked up and inspected.

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are eligible for refund only through cash upon return pickup
