  1. Returns
    We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • The item is damaged upon delivery

  • The item received is incorrect or incomplete

Return requests must be submitted within 3 days of receiving your order. After this period, we are unable to accept returns.

To request a return:

  • Email us at [email protected] within 3 days of delivery

  • Provide your order details and a photo of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

  • Our team will review your request and coordinate pickup if approved

  1. Refunds
    If your return is approved, you may choose from the following options:

  • A full refund (paid in cash upon pickup)

  • A replacement of the same product (subject to availability)

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the return has been picked up and inspected.

  1. Conditions

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are eligible for refund only through cash upon return pickup

  • We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind or delayed delivery
